Package pick up will be by race distance – Marathon, Healthcare Solutions Half Marathon, Army 10K, 5K and IK.

Please present your race confirmation email or photo ID to pick up your package. If you are picking up for a family member or friend, bring email authorization.
All participants must pick up their race package and bib before their race. Please allow extra time for parking and line-ups, as it will be busy.
Be prepared! Have your Race Confirmation from the Race Roster at package pick-up! Print out or have a digital copy of the confirmation email with your Name, BIB number and confirmation number. This will assist us in moving you swiftly through pick-up!

If you are picking up for another participant, present their Race Roster confirmation email and bring email authorization for you to pick up.
Walk-up registration, changes and transfers
Due to events reaching capacity, a very limited number of event transfers may become available at package pick-up.
The number of transfer spots is subject to availability and is determined after registration closes.
You can make inquiries at package pick-up. We do not publish the event transfers online.
FREE Gear check is available at the CKUA Radio ( 1 block east of 99 St-Jasper Ave, North side of Jasper Ave- 9804 Jasper Ave.) on Sunday, August 16th. opens at 5:30 am and closes at 2:00 pm. Any items not picked up by 2:00 pm will be donated to charity. Event Organizers assume no risk for items left at the Bag Check.
Note: due to the closure of the Edmonton Convention Centre for the Police Chief's Conference, participants cannot access ECC to use bathrooms on Race Day.
Please use the designated temporary restroom facilities Stations provided at race level.
